santa left this little beauty in my stocking! the lotus necklace from satya jewelry. their jewelry is yoga inspired...check it out.

these are two of my favorite poses. the first time i practiced these was in david morgans class at byu. the top is the cow pose and the bottom is cat pose. i like to move from one pose to the other. begin in a table top position, arms are shoulder width apart and make sure your knees are directly inline with your hips. inhale as you move into the cat pose and exhale while you go into the cow pose. this little sequence is great for back pain.
hello everyone! it's been a while since i've updated... so i'm going to now! i am not teaching classes anymore, however i am still teaching private lessons. i prefer private lessons or small groups to a class, because i am able to give more attention to each student.
yoga, a balance of mind, body, and spirit. for me, yoga is all about finding a new balance in myself. "be yoga" expresses exactly what yoga is for me. be yoga, or be balanced. i have recently certified and am now teaching yoga classes. this blog will be a tool for me to share my yoga experiences with readers and students. i will be teaching private sessions as well as classes in Provo, Utah. i will post more information later however if you are interested, you may contact me at beyoga.brittany@gmail.com.
